Font licences are digital products. Once delivered they can be copied freely, which is why our refund policy is more considered than for physical goods. We still offer a fair path if something has gone wrong.
If the files you receive are corrupt, fail to install, or have a demonstrable technical fault, we replace them free of charge within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the fault we issue a full refund.
If you purchased the wrong family, or the wrong tier within 14 days of purchase and before heavy use, we issue a refund or credit it against the licence you actually need.

Once approved we process refunds within 2 to 3 business days. Stripe may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your statement, depending on your bank.
Once a refund is processed, your licence is revoked. You must remove the font files from all installations and web deployments. We do not use DRM; this operates on good faith.
We do not issue no-questions refunds after 14 days because of the nature of digital font licensing. If you have a serious problem we have not been able to resolve, write to us anyway and we will find a reasonable path.
As a Canadian business we comply with the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec and applicable federal consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
