See our Refund Policy. Because licensed fonts are delivered digitally and may be copied freely, refunds are granted only for faulty files or unresolved support issues. We take the refund policy seriously, not as a loophole.
As a Canadian business we comply with the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec and applicable federal consumer law. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the licence(s) you have paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
All outlines, metric data, OpenType features and accompanying design materials remain the property of Mindzane. The purchased licence grants use rights only, not ownership.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
